What are your prices?

We offer flat-rate pricing for full house cleanings based on the size of your home (bedrooms and bathrooms). If you only need certain areas cleaned, we also offer affordable hourly options. Request a free estimate to get an exact quote.

What is a Deep Clean?

A deep clean is perfect for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while or need extra attention. This service tackles built-up dirt, grease, and grime, bringing your home up to our high professional standards. We recommend this for all new clients, so future maintenance cleanings are easier and more affordable.

What’s included in a flat-rate cleaning?

Our flat-rate service covers bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and all common living spaces. Additional rooms such as home offices or dens are counted as bedrooms. Specialized services (like oven cleaning or inside appliances) are available as add-ons.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept all major credit cards. A valid card is required at the time of booking, and you’ll only be charged after the cleaning is completed.

Do you handle hoarding or hazardous cleanings?

Yes, we can provide hoarding or heavy-duty cleaning services at an hourly rate. However, we do not clean biohazardous materials (such as blood or animal waste). If a property is unsafe for our team, we reserve the right to decline service.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes! Our team brings all the professional cleaning products and equipment needed. If you prefer eco-friendly supplies or would like us to use your products, just let us know when booking.

How many cleaners will arrive?

It depends on the size of your home and service. Most jobs are completed by a team of 1–3 cleaners to ensure efficiency and quality.

Do you do laundry or dishes?

Yes, these can be added as extra services. Simply let us know when booking.

Can you use eco-friendly products?

Absolutely. We’re happy to provide green cleaning solutions upon request.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?

Whenever possible, we schedule the same cleaner for recurring services so you can build trust and consistency.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients prefer us to clean while they’re at work or away. As long as we have secure access to your home, we’ll take care of everything and lock up when finished.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule at any time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Can you clean windows, ceilings, or high areas?

We clean interior windows and reachable high areas. For safety reasons, our team does not climb ladders but can use a small step stool if provided.

Do you clean outdoor areas?

Standard services are for inside the home only. However, patio or backyard cleaning may be arranged for an additional fee.

Do you clean behind heavy appliances or furniture?

Yes, but we ask that you move large furniture or appliances beforehand. Our team does not handle heavy lifting for safety reasons.

Does my home need electricity and water?

Yes. A safe and effective cleaning requires both electricity and running water. If either is unavailable, the service may be rescheduled.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll gladly return for a re-clean at no cost.
