TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Fast Solution Cleaning Services (“the Company”) and its clients (“you” or “the customer”). By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to the following terms:

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED
    We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and special requests as described in your service confirmation. Each visit’s details, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
  2. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
    Appointments are confirmed via call, text, or email. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or we cannot access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.
  3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
    Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, or electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Prices are subject to local taxes and may change with notice.
  4. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
    You must ensure that our team can enter your property at the agreed-upon time. If keys or codes are provided, they will be handled securely and used only for the purpose of performing cleaning services.
  5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
    We strive for excellence. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost, provided the issue falls within the scope of the original cleaning.
  6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
    Fast Solution Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, existing damage, or items not properly secured by the client. We do not move heavy furniture, lift appliances, or perform tasks outside the scope of safe, routine cleaning.
  7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if a client behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner toward staff.
  8. POLICY CHANGES
    These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most recent version.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

At Fast Solution Cleaning Services, we take pride in providing high-quality and reliable cleaning for every client. Our goal is to leave your home or business spotless while maintaining professionalism and care. However, cleaning environments can vary, and certain items may be fragile, improperly installed, or already worn or damaged. This Release of Liability explains our limits of responsibility to ensure full understanding between Fast Solution Cleaning Services (“the Company”) and the client (“you” or “the customer”).

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
    Before our cleaning staff arrives, you are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and any belongings that may be easily damaged. This includes but is not limited to glass decorations, porcelain items, artwork, mirrors, picture frames, electronics, plants, and items that are unstable or improperly mounted.
    If an object could tip over, crack, or break easily, it should be moved or safely stored before our team begins work. Please notify us in writing of any special instructions, delicate surfaces, or items of concern.
  2. DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
    Fast Solution Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to items or property that were not properly placed, maintained, or secured prior to cleaning.
    Examples include items left on unstable surfaces, loose shelves, weak or unsecured fixtures, poorly mounted blinds, loose tiles, or worn furniture.
    We also cannot assume liability for normal wear and tear or deterioration of materials during the cleaning process (such as fading, corrosion, or cracking that results from age or previous use of chemicals).
  3. USE OF CLEANING PRODUCTS
    Our cleaning products are safe and effective when used as directed. If you prefer specific products or have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your scheduled cleaning. Fast Solution Cleaning Services will not be held liable for reactions, staining, or damage resulting from client-supplied products or undisclosed sensitivities.
  4. REASONABLE CARE AND NEGLIGENCE
    Our employees are trained to handle property with care. In the rare event that damage occurs directly due to clear employee negligence, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the damaged item or compensate the client up to the cost of the cleaning service provided that day.
    Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photos and a detailed description.
  5. ACCESS AND SAFETY
    You agree to provide safe working conditions and clear access to the service area. Fast Solution Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if an unsafe or unsanitary condition exists, including hazardous materials, pest infestations, or aggressive pets.

By scheduling or receiving cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Liability.
